Matheran Is One Of The Most Beautiful Hill Stations In Maharashtra. The Location Of Matheran Is Coverd With Forest And Amazing Bio-Diversity Area. Garbett Village And Garbett Plateau Are One Of The Less Known Destination Among Tourist Who Visit This Hill Station.

Day 1

• 08:00 am - Meet-up, freshen up, have breakfast with tea and gear up for the trek
• 08:30 am - Start the trek with small warm up walk
• 08:50 am - Reach Dhom Lake, Introduction & Instruction
• 09:00 am - Continue with the traverse of the lake
• 10:30 am - Reach village, take some rest and continue
• 12:30 pm - Reach garbett plateau, take some rest and then explore the surrounding
• 12:45 pm - Have lunch self carried on the trek
• 01:30 pm - Reach top settle down njoy the surrounding, click pics and have fun
• 02:00 pm - Post all the masti and after clicking loads of pics, we will move towards our taxi stand
• 04:00 pm - Reach Neral station
• 04:30 pm - Take a return train to Mumbai
• 06:00 pm - Reach Mumbai (Tentatively)

• 07:55 am Bhivpuri Road

Meeting Point : Bhivpuri Road Railway Station at 08:00 am

Mandatory:

• Identity proof
• 2 Ltrs of water
• Electoral powder, 2 lemons, ready to eat items (Protein bars, chikki etc.)
• Torch with extra batteries, pocket knife
• Personal medicines
• Good trekking shoes preferably ‘Action’ brand - Trekking Shoes
• Haversack/backpack to carry all things.

Optional

• Cap, Camera
• Spare floaters, slippers, or light canvas shoes
• Windcheater, scarves, jackets, extra pair of socks and clothes
• Avoid wearing Gold and other jewellery

• Any expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like road blocks, bad weather

• Transfer Rs.650/- per person. Payment once done is non-refundable, do check for availability before making a payment.

• The path can be slippery due to monsoons. So, proper precautions should be taken during the visit
• Carry enough water with you and do not resort to any other water source without any assistance

• Floaters and sandals are not allowed
• Do not carry purse, side sling bags not allowed
• Eco-Tourism etiquettes to be followed. Trek is in the Eco / culturally -sensitive area
• Do not litter the place as it is in great need of being maintained and adopted
• Leader/ Organizer will not be responsible for any accident, mishap or compensation in whatsoever manner
• We should strictly follow the code of conduct, to avoid troubling our fellow trekkers or other people from our group or even locals
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited
• Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding
